By using GetPopMail.com (the service), you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Service description

GetPopMail.com automatically imports emails from external accounts into Gmail (via IMAP) and organizes them with labels.

2. Registration and account

• You must sign up with a Google (Gmail) account.
• By signing up, you authorize GetPopMail.com to insert messages and create labels in your Gmail.
• You are responsible for your credentials and connected accounts.

3. Trial and subscription

• The service includes a 30-day free trial.
• After the trial, a yearly subscription is required.
• Current pricing: USD 12/year (PayPal) or ARS $18,000/year (MercadoPago, Argentina).

4. Payments and renewal

• Payments are processed by PayPal or MercadoPago.
• Renewal depends on the recurring setup in your payment provider.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the service only with accounts you own or are authorized to use.
• Do not use the service for illegal activities, spam, or malware.

6. Liability limitation

The service is provided as is without uninterrupted availability guarantees.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from your payment provider and revoke access from your Google account.
